Yes. The law gives you the right to exchange or return the product and recover its value within fourteen days of receiving it, at no extra cost, provided the product is in the same condition as at purchase (art. 10). Suppliers' liability here is joint, so you may claim against any of them (art. 10).
However, this right does not apply to perishable consumer goods, unless they are shown to have spoiled or expired for human consumption on the purchase date (art. 10).
The same rule applies if you received a defective or deficient service judged by the service's nature, the contract terms, and prevailing commercial custom; in that case the provider must refund it, re-provide it, or make good the shortfall (art. 10).
If a dispute arises over whether a defect exists or whether the product matches the specifications or contracted purpose, the matter is referred to the National Consumer Protection Committee for a binding decision (art. 10). Any contract term reducing this right is void (art. 11).
