Yes. Receiving correct information and data about the products you buy or use is one of your core rights (art. 9).
The supplier, producer, or importer must place on the product, in Arabic, the data required by the approved standard specifications, in particular the product's specifications, production date, expiry date, components, characteristics, any hazards, and the necessary precautions, clearly and legibly (art. 12). A service provider must clearly state the service data, prices, advantages, and features (art. 12).
As for the invoice, you are entitled to one: the supplier must give you a written invoice in at least Arabic proving the dealing or contract, including the date, the price, and the product's specifications, origin, nature, quality, and quantity (art. 15).
The supplier must also display the price on each product clearly and directly when offering it (art. 13). Advertising and product data must be in at least Arabic, with other languages permitted alongside (art. 26).
